Hi zth-fellas

After driving a while with headlamp on, suddenly my meter light, tail light and fog light just shut off.
checking out is the fuse box in the engine room near the intake. The big black tail light relay adapter is melted, but the fuse is ok not burnt. This is the 2nd time it happened after sent it to work shop to clean up the melted debris. Worried it might caught fire one day.

The relay is so hot as I can't barely hold it for long time. Can I only change the adapter so call "kaki" for the relay only or need to change the whose fuse box ?
My fog light is mivec bumper foglight. Could them be the culprit ?

Thanks for the advice

did u use relay for your additional bumper spotlight???

if no then u need to add one to reduce the current load on the main light wiring system....

perhaps that was the cause...

today sent to mech, they told me the same thing too...
the wiring use back the satria original. was told that mivec fog light consumed more current than ori satria fog light.
thanks. luckily didn't caught fire.
