Hi guys,
I would like some input and advice for Nissan Serena 2.0 (C24) original engine QR20 but having engine and gearbox problem after overheat issue.

Decide to transplant the engine from halfcut.
I found two (2) option and the price very much the same:-
1. Serena halfcut with SR20
2. Serena halfcut with QR20

Since this car will be use to ferrying family in long distance and very much required some power while climbing the hill (Sabah).

Well inform if I take the QR20, will be much PnP job and less cost and cant expect the improvement of power.
How about the SR20, is it will give more torque compare/power to QR20?

BOT will be last option as it will need bigger fund for properly tune and build.

Which is very much profitable and to transplant and less problem in future.
Your advice and suggestion very much appreciated.

Engine died many times, uncountable times precisely. Must be the fuckerama idling problem, need to tune.

Another question is, i'm using K&N filter for 1.6/1.8 (but mine is 1.3), will there be any problem? Right after I fix this Air filter, the problem occur.

Before this, my idling isn't that bad, but still fugged up I know. I couldn't start the car easily, have to step on the oil pedal when I turn on the ignition.

Any good workshop to do tuning?
