Did you know that Ferrari was running illegal parts on its cars when  it won the Australian Grand Prix last year? Why didn’t Toyota face similar charges when it too was guilty of possessing Ferrari data? Why was only Mclaren charged for accepting the data, why wasn’t Ferrari whose employee handed the data over, charged? And do you know it all started with a tall blonde?

Think you know what happened just because you’re a F1 fan? Do you believe that only Mclaren were at fault? Wired posted this article on all you ever need to know about the biggest spy scandal in the history of F1, and why it happened. A must read for Ferrari and Mclaren fans.

i've read all those, long long pages. and i've found out that apart from coughlan-stepney ethical and those data transfer things, ferrari also was guilty from their treatment on stepney.

we always look at the end results, without acknowledging what cause them in the first place. but to hell with that, people in big, multi billion dollar industry like F1, only count the final products alone. had stepney be made ferrari's main circuit race (F1) man, surely we can avoid those to happen.

if only that photocopy job done smoothly, this would be the biggest ever scandal in F1. too bad it had not.
