anyway, the sohc vtec wont give u the "pull" or the roar,... itz for a bit of power, and fuel economy,...

Actually, the F20A SIHC non-VTEC gives out more power than the F22B SOHC VTEC

150PS vs 145PS.

the F22B SOHC VTEC is tuned for economy, not power. SO dont expect 'VTAK KICKED IN YO!' feeling.

The F22B SOHC VTEC is similar to the F20B SOHC VTEC.

CD5 has two models, VTi or EXi. the VTi is actually a CD6 here (no kidding), the EXi is CD7. more confusing, pening

2 unit F20B singlecam price rm3.5k with bodykit.

2 tiptronic 2.3 litre (i think H23A from accord wagon kot, 5 lugs), price 4.5k without bodykit.

1 unit F20B manual, rm5.5k without bodykit. (yang ni head dia pi sembur cat hitam, apa la salah warna biru asal tu )

Sure my uncle's car is not vtec la... but somehow at low rpm...the car responded quite well la....

I've asked my mechanic....he said no vtec good for town driving....vtec good for long distance....

Only concern is the engine la......i've seen a little bit of white smoke coming out of exhaust la....

Halfcut CD6 is about RM3k ?

Please advice on my problem (my fren's)..he's using CL7, just bought..a week after that got broken by those damn pencuri..both recaro seats + speed limiter cut digi-meter lost..

Problem : car can start/drive. but 'SMART' lamp blinking..speed meter not working..and...cannot shift to 5th & 6th from 4th gear:hmmmm:.

To sifuss..any advice..Thanks in advance !!

last time we met u said wanna change ur dc5 to cl7r kan?hehehehe

my car when pivot got stolen, couldnt start at all coz speed meter cable at computer got disconnected. then i sambung n reset ecu....then engine start, meter also no problem

could be ur 'fren' car speed sensor got disconnected or when that bangang thief tarik the meter, some wires also got tarik-ed n putus....try to check back all sensors connection wires around ur last speed meter area...

btw, i know how u feel about the incident.....later we kecek2 more

Send to your mechanic to fully dismantle those stolen wires, throw away those left-over wires and then reset the ECU to default.

Things should be normal after that.

One more thing, remind your friend don't tekan2 the car too much now, cause vtec not running during this time. Takut later piston melayang2....


So far, dah seven owner hilang seats. Add more lagi 3 owner, those stolens seats can accommodate one minibus doh.
