Hi Guys,

Can one can help. I need a specialist for this problem. If you step on the paddle without engaging the gear, there no sound. During traffic jam, when you engage the gear and slowly lift my foot of the paddle, that's where the squeaking problem start.

I've been to 3 workshop now and none can solve the problem. Each time they charge me for something else.

Please help. Thanks. :banghead:

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the respond, maybe I'll let you know the repairs I've done.

1. When sound was detected, Mech 1 put grease and oil after 5 min of driving sound came back.
2. When to Mech 1, again, he took out the whole paddle and grease and oil again, same thing happen.:banghead:
3. When to Mech 2, he say was due to fork next to the clutch plate, down comes the gear box and total check on clutch plate, clutch house and finally diagnose it's the fork wear and tear, change fork RM1.5k. Ouch !!! After 3 days of using, sound came back.:banghead:
4. When to Mech 2 again, he took the paddle out and say the pin worn out and now added a bush, and say sound gone. When I was driving the car back, the clutch sounds like a horror house door when opening, a low pitch squeaking sound.:banghead: This again only happens during the traffic jam.

This is driving me crazy. Hopefully another Wira pro mech can help solve this problem.

Thanks again.

Hi Vr2turbo,

Thanks a lot for your recommended workshop. It's the best for now. Change the break pump and he took the pump a part and found out the rubber seal worn out and the cast iron body already out of shape. The managed to service my throttle body and now it's idling is back to normal. A very satisfied customer.

Thanks.

Clutch pump or brake pump? Because your problem was clutch, right?

beemer have, eastar don't have because warranty expiring this month, therefore need to service elsewhere no more Chery SC.
Oh! okay. He doing 2 chery now. Mine and another friend's one (both are SUV Tiggo), who bought 2nd hand for his wife after testing mine.....lol
Mine after warranty 4th year send to him dy. All the while at SC, only do oil change, atf change and plugs only and their oil much more expensive.....lol

My timing belt was change after 5th year and my friend's one did an overhaul after his wife cook the engine. Water hose burst and drove until dry.

Yours is Acteco engine, right? since you say new nearing warranty period over.....:driver:

How much work am i looking at to fit a ver.7 Brembos on a satria (both 4pot-frnt/2pot-rear)..? :bike:
I was wondering Cause the sti's brembo caliper mounts on the back-end of rotor compared to Evos that mounts them on front-end of rotor like most FWD brake.

Other than having to use a wheel dat fits.. wat bout the caliper mounting brackets etc.
Is it actually impossible? any experience on this kind of conversions..? :hmmmm:
