They might not be as famous as Koenigsegg or Pagani, but Arrinera Automotive from Poland does have a decent looking car in their arsenal. The Hussarya 33 features a 560-horsepower mid-mounted V8 and has a zerotohundred time of 3.2 seconds and a top speed of 340km/h, which is not bad at all. And now, Arrinera is looking forward in making an appearance in the motorsports arena as they unveil their first ever GT-class racer, the Hussarya GT.
In making this racer, Arrinera uses space-frame chassis made of steel tubes that complies with FIA requirements. With the usage of materials like carbon fiber and Kevlar in the construction, the Hussarya GT tips the scales at 1,250kg. It is also fitted with push-rod type suspension with Ohlin dampers and springs designed specifically for the car.
Powering it will be a 6.2-liter V8 engine that makes out 430-horsepower, complying with the GT4 class rules. The engine is paired to a six-speed sequential transmission with paddle shifters that channels all the power to the rear wheels. Providing the stopping power is a set of Alcon six-piston calipers and 380mm diameter brake discs, assisted by Bosch Motorsport ABS kit.
On the inside, the driver gets all the vital readings from a Cosworth Intelligent Colour Display while sitting in a Corbeau bucket seat. Arrinera said that the GT4 racer will be built in only two or three examples within the next year, and will be priced around £130,000-£140,000 (RM 807,980 – RM 870,130).
