The new 2015 Nissan GT-R is not going to be the only new Godzilla in town as Nissan is also launching another variant. Dubbed as the “45th Anniversary”, this limited-run model is released to commemorate the 45 years since the release of the original Nissan Skyline GT-R.
Based on the updated 2015 Nissan GT-R in Premium trim, the 45th Anniversary is finished in a unique paint codenamed Silica Brass. If you know your GT-Rs very well, you’d recall that it is exactly the same shade that comes with the legendary 2001 Skyline R34 GT-R M-Spec. It will also come with special badging inside and under the hood, but unfortunately those are the only touches thrown in. Performance wise, it is just the same as the 2015 GT-R.
Nissan will only be making 45 of such specimens, and each of them will come with a price tag of 10,787,040 Yen (RM 308,689). Interested? Well, that might be an issue as the 45th Anniversary will only be sold in Japan and each of them will be sold strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
