Lamborghini had released a new special edition model of the Aventador to celebrate its close partnership with tire manufacturer Pirelli. Dubbed as the Aventador LP 700-4 Pirelli Edition, this new model marks the relationship that both of the brands share since 1960 and where virtually all the Bulls that left the Sant’Agata Bolognese factory are wearing Pirelli tires.

To be produced in limited production, customers are offered with the choice of either the coupe or the roadster configuration. The exterior of the Aventador is finished in a two-tone scheme in two options. The first one is with a matte black roof, pillars, side mirror caps, engine hood and the intake surrounds, while the six colour options are available for the rest of the body (Giallo Spica, Rosso Mars, Bianco Isis, Nero Aldebaran, Grigio Liqueo and Grigio Ater).

The other option is where all the matte black parts are offered in glossy black, with four contrasting matte finishes offered (Bianco Canopus, Nero Nemesis, Grigio Adamas, and Grigio Titans) for the rest of the exterior. Another distinctive exterior element on the Pirelli Edition is a thin red stripe that runs along the roof of the car.

Some tweaks are also made on the interior where the black Alcantara is given contrasting stitching that matches the interior detailing. The stripe that runs outside continues to the inside, going all through the ceiling and the seats, which features the Lamborghini and Pirelli crests embroidered in them.

Performance-wise, the 6.5-liter V12 tower of power still pushes out 691-horsepower, enough to propel the Aventador Pirelli Edition from zerotohundred in 2.9 seconds, all the way to a top speed of 350km/h.
