For Round 4, team FXPrimus Aylezo was greeted by the majestic sight of Mount Fuji as the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Asia Series 2013 takes them to Japan. In a land where samurais once roam, the team is set to dominate the legendary Japanese circuit and wasted no time in prepping the race machine.
But before they hit the circuit, the 570-horsepower race car was in dire need for maintenance as the crew found some crack lines on the clutch plate. And to add into the list, the engine mount also needs to be changed aside from the leaking gearbox hydraulic reservoir. But all those are nothing that the skilled crew of team FXPrimus Aylezo could not handle and by Friday morning, the car was all set to grind the practice sessions.
The change of new clutch was definitely in need as both Zen and Dilantha was happy with the way the car performed. After familiarizing themselves with the 4.563 km circuit, they went on with the qualifying sessions.
For Race 1, team FXPrimus Aylezo was placed at fourth on the grid, and managed to secure seventh for Race 2. With Race 1 just around the corner, the team was more than ready to tackle any challenges that may come ahead of them in Round 4.
Team FXPrimus Aylezo would like to extend their greatest appreciation to everyone who had helped in making this journey possible, especially FXPrimus, JH Italia, Ecotint, Ninetology, Fuchs Titan, TACTIX and Motorsport Playground. A big thank you also goes out to Zerotohundred.com for being the team’s official media partner for the 2013 Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Asia Series
