Singapore always gets the best bits in the supercar scene, where they got this exclusive treatment by major supercar manufacturers dedicating special/limited edition models specifically for the small South East Asia country. Besides of having Lamborghini dedicating the Gallardo LP 550-2 Singapore Limited Edition to them, McLaren steps into the game as the British supercar maker is also dropping down their own exclusive MP4-12C for Singapore, dubbed as the Fire Black Singapore Edition.
Although the Gallardo SLE could be considered as rare due to its small number of only 10 units, the SG Edition is a step above as only three of them will be built; in which two has already been sold. Designed and built by McLaren Special Operations (MSO), this special edition model features a two-tone Fire Black and Rocket Red theme, similar to the Vodafone-McLaren Mercedes F1 race car.
Since nothing is mentioned about its performance, presumably the SG Edition carries the same amount of horses as the other 12Cs. It will also be sporting a matching interior, revised front and rear bumper, and lightweight wheels. And the price tag for this sinisterly-looking limited 12C? S$ 1.28 million, which translates to RM 3.2 million over here.
