While people like you and I lust over dream machines like the Porsche Carrera GT, there are people out there who can look past the €225,000 asking price for the standard Carrera GT and settle for the Gemballa Carrera GT that commands a price tag nearly double that of the standard Carrera.
Here’s German Prince Marcus Eberhard Edward of Anhalt, Duke of Saxony and Westphalia, Count of Askania, and his what was once a Gemballa Carrera GT. In great spirit, the Prince himself uploaded the pictures onto the net for your viewing pleasure.
Well known for his jetset lifestyle and international table-dance club chain “Pure Platinum” as well as an extensive supercar collection, Prince Marcus recently had the displeasure of crashing his Gemballa at the famous Paul Ricard circuit in France. Judging from the severe damage, I’m guessing His Highness must have really been driving the supercar as it’s supposed to be driven, hard. Repair cost? Not a problem for sure.
