Chinese speeders went one up on the Chinese authorities when this plate switcher became available in the market. As a matter of fast, it has been available for a long time now, as a spy gadget, first seen in the early James Bond movie ‘Goldfinger’ used to keep the bad guys away, it seems it worked out to be pretty handy to keep the summons at bay as well.
