For the thirty lucky customers who attended the Shell V-Power “Mixology Masterclass”, this was undoubtedly the highlight of their life when they were greeted by one of the Scuderia Ferrari official Formula One driver; Felipe Massa at an exclusive event in Kuala Lumpur’s Ritz Carlton Hotel.
While Formula 1 is both a serious business and a sport, it’s often times quite hard for F1 drivers to catch themselves a little time to have some fun in a road car – specifically a Ferrari 458 Italia out on Barcelona’s Circuit de Catalunya with a pair of Scuderia Ferrari F1 drives of Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa showing us how to manhandle the 458 as it should be while showing us their ‘molto grande’ smiles.
In a multi-year sponsorship deal that marks their entry into what is often known as the pinnacle of racing technology, UPS has sealed the deal with Formula 1 team, Scuderai Ferrari, having been announced in Barcelona, Spain where the UPS shield now has a spot of its own on Ferrari’s 2013 race car – the F138.
There’s a new promotion going on between Ferrari and the Lego Group here in Malaysia, being one of the first countries in the world to be introduced to a series of limited edition, buildable and undoubtedly a collectible set of Ferrari models made from LEGO bricks.

Pictures showing the 2010 livery of Kimi Raikkonen‘s Citroen C4 WRC, and the Finn’s WRC race-suit, have been released by Red Bull.

Ferrari‘s 2010 Formula One car is not due to be unveiled till this Thursday (Jan 28th) but a leaked image or more like a preview of the new car’s livery was uploaded to the internet. Fernando Alonso was testing at Circuit Paul Ricard when this picture was taken. The new livery is a far cry from the barcodes of previous years, now instead of bar codes there is the Spanish bank Santander who followed Alonso to Ferrari from Mclaren.
The Santander logo has not only replaced the bar codes that adorn the airbox and rear wing last year, but also the Shell logos on the front wings, and the Ferrari shields on the bodywork behind the front wheels. As is Formula One wasn’t a good challenge. As if it weren’t difficult enough to dominate at the pinnacle of motorsports, for the 2009 season. Now each team will have to adapt to a host of new regulations, including the introduction of the KERS regenerative braking systems, the reintroduction of slick tires and significant changes to the aerodynamics package.
