What’s Wrong With This Video?
August 15, 2008
We really cant make sense of this video taken during the recent Gumball 3000 only this past Sunday. Here are the facts, owners of really expensive supercars are driving on a highway in California, expensive supercars usually make people turn to look even while driving, so a bunch of nice cars zoom by and suddenly the guy in the Ford that’s hauling the trailer looses it, fishtails a couple of time and ends up flipping over. Who’s to blame? The Lamborghini that you see in the video gets all the bad rap. Read more
The One & Only: Lamborghini Zagato Raptor - Reventon Who?
August 13, 2008
Thought the Lamborghini Reventon was rare and exclusive? Think again. This is the Lamborghini Zagato Raptor, a one off concept Lambo first unveiled at the 1996 Geneva show. Based on the Diablo VT, the Raptor takes on every bit of attitude from the Diablo and throws in some of its own. It retained the Lambo’s 492hp V12 but lost its electronic gadgets, specifically traction control and ABS, two fundamental systems required to keep the Diablo on a leash. Read more

Laptops From Bentley and Ego
July 24, 2008
How many times have we heard or seen something like this? Ferrari cell phones, Lamborghini laptops, BMW this, Mercedes that. But does it all actually add up to the value of quality or whatever it is that the brand promotes? I don’t think so, will an Acer laptop perform better just because it has the emblem of the legendary prancing horse on it, definately not, it’s just marketing, but yet we fall for it. Ok fine, these products with an attachment to their respective automotive giants do have a knack for looking much better than the standard ones. Read more

The Prancing Horse Gets Some Tender Loving Care from el Diablo
April 25, 2008
Don’t really know what it means or what it’s supposed to imply but we came across this logo while checking out CarScoop. Is Lamborghini announcing its future intentions or is it standing back envious of the success of the prancing horse? Whatever the case, it’ll be pretty interesting to know how Ferrari might react to this, Lambo wouldn’t mind.

Great Car Heist of 2008: Thieves Make Off with Evo, Impreza, 911 & Gallardo
April 3, 2008
It seems that we are not the only ones suffering from major car theft problems, what went on in the UK this past Saturday night was something movies are made of. In fact, the UK press is comparing the robbery to the 2000 Gone in 60 Seconds movie. This past Saturday night, thieves broke into the Stourbridge, West Midlands showroom of Xtreme UK and made off with a total nine cars including Renault Clio V6, two Subaru Impreza WRXs, three Mitsubishi Evolutions, a Porsche 911 and a Lamborghini Gallardo.
According to Britain’s Express & Star the total value of the vehicles stolen is somewhere close to $600,000. Xtreme UK is well known in the UK for its performance packages including the XT400 upgrade that increases the EVO’s output to 370-hp. No word on whether these cars were tricked out or not. Xtreme UK features a live showroom and workshop Web cams on its site, however, those haven’t been helpful to the police.
If it was in Malaysia, the cars would have been chopped up by now, I wonder how they work in the UK? The cars shipped to Africa possibly? Or probably the Middle East?
