All good things have to come to an end, and racing in Formula 1 has been a good thing for both David Coulthard and us, the spectators as we watched DC tear up circuits all over the world. It all started 14 years ago when another good thing came to an end, but that end was sadly met by the legendary Ayrton Senna. DC had to fill in for the late Brazilian after that faithful afternoon at Imola and now, 236 Grand Prix’s later, the elder statesman is about to call it a day with a colourful career that spans across racing for a team, building a team and perhaps even managing one soon.
