Looks like Codemasters will have a busy time ahead as they prepare to launch not only one, but two of the highly-anticipated games that provide the adrenaline rush through screeching tires and high rpm revs. Already famed for creating among the most realistic rally games around through Colin McRae: Dirt and Colin McRae: Dirt 2, they now put their attention back to the circuit-loving fans through the second installment of the critically acclaimed Race Driver: Grid, Grid 2.
The myth has been busted you could say, that gamers who enjoy a session of Gran Turismo (GT) on their Sony Playstation don’t necessarily make good drivers in real life. Well, forget that, it appears that it does evoke the racer within us and besides, Lucas Ordonez has proven it all wrong.

A new trailer has been released by Polyphony Digital and this time it shows some new details and highlights the games new features like damage rendering, night races and the Top Gear test track. The video features a voiceover by none other than the Schumacher to be, Sebastian Vettel. It’s not known what role the Red Bull F1 team driver will play in GT5 but do let your imagination run free. Also making an appearance is none other than The Stig. Remember the release date, November 2 2010.
The trailer for the latest Need For Speed video game is out and from the way it looks, it promises to better previous NFS incarnations. The graphics look ace but nothing is known about what the game involves as yet. We do know, however, that not only have police chases returned, but the boys in blue appear to be driving… R34 Nissan GT-Rs. One of the most popular games of 2008, Grand Theft Auto IV has also garnered a lot of controversy along with its popularity. Apparently MADD, Mothers Against Drunk Driving, a movement against drunk driving and underage drinking in the States recently spoke out about the drunk driving content of the game soon after it was launched earlier this year.
