Right after the excitement of Zerotohundred‘s very own TTA#3, we headed back to Sepang, having been invited by Audi for their Driving Experience 2012. The event spanned four days with participation strictly invite-only, spread between Audi’s customers and select members of the media. And laid out on track for us to test were some of Ingolstadt’s finest: a fleet of S6, S7, and S8 along with an R8GT, R8GT Spider and TT-RS pace cars.

Men will always try to push the capabilities of the four-wheeled machine up to its highest limits. In our own home turf, we have the dedicated racers in GT cars running for 12 hours in the Malaysia Merdeka Endurance Race, and of course over in the French countryside, the ever famous 24-Hour of Le Mans pitting the top contenders for one whole day non-stop. But some still think that 24 hours does not really pose that much of a challenge; and for that, they had come up with a much tougher and longer Maxi Endurance 48 Hour Race.

The world waited for a long, long time for Lexus’ first supercar to hit the streets. Of course, they took their own sweet time in creating this impressive feat of engineering, and the result was totally worth the wait. The Lexus LFA is widely known for its hair-raising howl coming out from its V10 engine, and is regarded by many as the best-sounding supercar ever. And after two years of production, the Toyota Motomachi plant in Japan finally rolls out the 500th or final unit of the LFA.
