Very difficultly. They were a very rare optional extra for the Corolla. They were also an option for the AE101 Levin, which uses the identical unit. Otherwise you can use one from an AE110/AE111 Levin, but the style is different to the AE101 version and it's not 100% plug-and-play.

My OEM optional extra 'Burger Tray' arrived from overseas this morning. Took me ages to find one in plum to match the rest of my interior plastic. They're hard to find at the best of times, but getting one that was plum in colour was a mission. Got there in the end though :). Here's some photos - The first one being from the original sales brochure and the rest of the actual item:
