so happy :D my car all the bushing,engine mounting,timing belt,adjustable all gao dim jor,wakakakaka
now juz have to spray my skirt where have already pecah n the bomex engine cover
at the last,have to change rim n the door n sunroof rubber

any sifus please tell me the best offset , size n pcd for 17inc 5 lugs on my sw20!!!!

Pcd: 114.3
Size: 235/45/17 (9jj)
Offset: 48 x 43

is this suite my sw20 ???

i'm currently using 17X8 +38 for front, 17X9 +38 for rear no problem
front tire size 215/45/17
rear tire size 245/45/17

the right tire size should be 215/40/17 front n 235/40/17 rear

As a general rule offset for the front varies from +30 to +45 and for the rears, anything from +27 to +45 is possible

Yup. I'm using 17X7.5 +35 (215) & 17X8 +37 (235) OK.

But for all offset if you camber + lower too much it will still rub.

any1 SW20 got masuk air 1? today changed all the rubber,but the mudguard lou told me,my car near tulang near mirror there,be4 got acident,n run abit liao,have to fit it back @@"

Usually behind the wheel arch. U can weld it back or simply anti rust it then fill it with the under carriage rubber sealant. Sorry i did not really understand yr last msg i hope i got it right

Hey....anyone noticed that the 2 spotlights under the pop up headlights are actually able to follow the steering direction. I didn't noticed it before but one night whilst parking near a kerb, I saw the light beam shift direction to the kerb when I turned the steering, and it works for both left and right !!

How did they do it for a 15 yr old car??? Mike

My tire Frt 215/40R17 & wheel 17"x8jj +30 (add 8mm spacer) =+22 ---Super rub but cool
My tire rr 215/45 R17 & wheel 17"x9jj +35 (add 15mm spacer) =+20---Look fat but less rub
Wrong offset but jap look (not the smartest idea after all) & car too low....
All run on standard wheel arch.rolled a little..
