Default Re: Bolt on Turbo for 4G92P SOHC

Joeker,

Nice mods, still retaining original 1.6 block. Well come to think of it, its really an achievement to be able to follow those original turbocharged car. But on second thought about of the hassle, trouble, tuning, mods, and $$$ spent, might as well just spend on real turbo engine like VR4 or evo with less trouble and more powerful/driveability.

Anyway what is your current ride now? Built another monster? :)

As I mention countless of times, if stock BOT, YES!! its worthwhile to play BOT...........for a moment........a short moment....

But mod BOT? NO!! too much problems and headache. (actually not major problems, its those small-small engine problems here and there thats gonna kill you)

I sold the Wira almost 2 years ago and since then, I've got myself a nice ol' "uncle" car to drive around

But boost is very addictive, once you get hooked, you can't EVER get enough.

9 out of 10 people that I know who say they not gonna modify their turbo engine (regardless OE turbo or BOT), they finally had to put their foot into their mouth.

So conclusion, don't waste time with BOT, just got straight for OE turbo.
