Guys, last weekend I went car shopping with my colleague. He wanted to go check out a car dealer in Cheras ( opp of Leisure Mall, next to Auto City ).

There was a year 2000 (bug eye with HID) Subaru Impreza Sti UK spec for sale for RM166K. The dealer claims that this car is the 320bhp version.

What I can't believe is the price RM166K for a 320bhp version.... I dunno if the salesman is bullshitting about the car being UK spec with 320bhp.

If it is,then RM166K is a steal.

Can anybody direct me to any websites that list out the different versions of Imprezas?

Umm I think that radio also Japanese Frequencies la, can go back and double check if you want. but I think it was Japanses Frequencies. :) :)

Yes, it's Auto Extreme in Cheras.

The salesman said it's a year 2000 model. I saw the bug eye headlamps had those projector lights ( HID ). Thanks for the links... I will check it out.

You guys are giving him very bad info. A S202 would be at least RM190kish, depending on condition, yes, im pretty sure the salesmen is bullsh iting u

If it is a S202, check it it has the following, large capacity water tank in the boot, carbon s202 GT wing, titanium exhasut, no electric wing mirrors, no insulation in the boot..thats some of the stuff i can remember...

Initial, just pop the hood and copy down the Chassis number, then you can find out for sure what sort of Wrx it is.

GDA A = Mfg 9/2000 to 8/2001 (Bugeye)
GDA B = Mfg 9/2001 to 8/2002 (Bugeye)
GDA C= Mfg 9/2002 to 8/2003 (Blobeye)

Oh yes if your serious there is a suppsoedly an S202 in motor trader by one of those grey imports. Check it out.
