Default timing belt kit for EJ20 turbo needed

Can anyone help me to source for a timing belt kit for my 1998 Subaru forester turbo. can't seem to get it here in Kota kinabalu, Sabah. Please provide me the address and tel. no. of spare part shop if possible and rough estimation how much will it cost. thanks
