Hey guys, ok I have an interesting question for you all...

So I wanted to change the head light bulbs in my car to something a bit whiter ( the current ones are very warm/yellow). So I looked inside the engine bay and i see this IMG_20161211_182840.jpg .. so D2R, HB4 and W5W bulbs is what it says..

So I buy some led W5W and some new D2R in 5000k...

I go to fit them... And there is no HID.. there is HB4 and W5W.. Where the D2R is there is H1... What the hell? View attachment 1

Am i missing something? The fog lights are not HID right?

Cut cost they fitted halogen H1 loh
I been doing some research... Seems that when they import the cars to Australia they have to remove it and refit another type.. doesn't meet Australian car rules (which is stupid)...

What about now, rules still stands? In MY, LED already fitted in cars dy......:driver:

For new cars that is, refitting HID into halogen still not allowed.....
