check your engine, transmission, exhaust first. Don waste money yet on 6mt gearbox.
when i start driving daihatsu charade g11, 3 cylinder, 4mt only, can reach 110-120kmh. Stock engine.

Hi all can i ask if the above problem is due to gearbox problem or is there any other cause? Thank you in advance.
Can be gearbox and can be engine not in good condition anymore, not optimum power. What year and how many km already traveled on this car? Is it still in std condition or have done some mods or how?

Maybe need to do carbon cleaning to clean up the fuel system, intake manifold, and combustion chamber. When servicing also should check your AFR, is it running too rich or lean. So this is a manual car also?

you do major works on exhaust system itself. If Engine cant breath properly, car performance affected.
What major service you've done, btw.

What sort of exhaust work did you do? 120 is pretty impossibly low.

i done major exhaust changing because when i get the car the car rpm cant go smoothly a bit laggy. i think the stock exhaust is stuck n extractor gasket was worn out.

4-1 extractor (alloy) , hi-flow catalytic and swirl bullet (kent wong exhaust) , custom s-flow (jian hang)
still using stock exhaust pipe will it be the cause of stock exhaust size

Random Post Every 5 Minutes

How much work am i looking at to fit a ver.7 Brembos on a satria (both 4pot-frnt/2pot-rear)..? :bike:
I was wondering Cause the sti's brembo caliper mounts on the back-end of rotor compared to Evos that mounts them on front-end of rotor like most FWD brake.

Other than having to use a wheel dat fits.. wat bout the caliper mounting brackets etc.
Is it actually impossible? any experience on this kind of conversions..? :hmmmm:
