B16A vs 4G93

Hi! I am looking to upgrade my 4G93 but staying NA, there are myths and truths about B16A interchangeability parts with 4G93, I know the intake manifold requires adaptations, I also know that you can use B16A rods in the 4G93, I wonder if there is any other compatible part with B16 or B18 because they are far cheaper and easier to find than 4G93 specially in the states.

I saw around that maybe the B16A exhaust manifold will fit a 4G93 right away. Is that correct?
