Has this ever been done before?
I really like the electric controls but how difficult is it to convert to from the manual controls?
Is is just installing the servos and running the necessary wiring?

Will the existing temperature and speed control wiring still be compatible as well?

Firstly, welcome to ZTH forum in Malaysia.
Are you buying a half cut? If yes, you need to transfer everything to be safe. I did for mine when I did my engine transplant, wire harness and whatever controls I needed. Mine was manual control for air con, now is digital and push buttons....:driver:

Woa thanks guys...been a bit busy.

Haven't been able to find a complete front cut yet.
Best i've found were complete dashboard harnesses on ebay.
Not sure how difficult it would be to source the servo motors.
