Not easy to source this bumper locally, probably you can search them in jap yahoo auction n get agent to bid back

the car is already 20+ years, and finding this bumper can be difficult, unless used bumper.
Heck, even the ori mould of the kei bumper has been destroyed.
Try contact local bodykit shops.....some could tailor make/mod it....and affordable too.
Import from japan gonna cost you a bomb.

Unless it was very popular, then a lot of half cuts. Like VR4 even though now the parts are less but still can find. The car also more then 20 years dy....
