what I paid for this year renewal.
Sum Assured: RM10,000
Windscreen: -
Loading: 20%
NCD: 30%
GST: 6%
Premium: RM 450.83
RoadTax: RM 378.50
Service Charge : RM 15.00
Total: RM 844.35

under Berjaya Sompo insurance

Sounds affordable. New Saga 1.3 manual insurance alone can cost like 1.1k without NCD.

yo bro.. keep in mind, if you crash the perdana you get 10 at most.... u crash the new saga and you will be getting significantly more.

True. Different sum insured. But it also shows that year end maintenance costs for Perdana is lower than a new Saga.

Did you buy direct from Insurance company, can get 10% discount....:driver:

yeah, was told of this but when I tried to get a quote from insurance company, the system forbidden me as the car is too old..

hence got to find agent, nevermind, let people earn a little.
his service also good.

my friend paid over RM1.4k for his perdana. haha, maybe his newer

But old car insured value minimum is RM10k like yours. If RM1.4k means no NCD and probably add many things.....lol
