mppj i dun think can pay online la....i may be wrong. But I have heard in the past that they are trying to implement it.
DBKL? MPPJ? I never pay them... not even a cent! Take DBKL for example, got over 20 'saman' last time. Didn't bothered to pay. Each they send reminder, I send it back with, "Owner relocated. No forward address".

recently, i heard "Gup-Gup" sound at my front wheel when slow driving..when the speed is increased, the sound disappeared. is it my bearing wheel was damaged? or drive shaft?..quite annoying about the sound..huhu.. thanks for reading this post
