Show the time and trap speed so the participants could analyze whether they get the best from their setup or not.

Maybe that can motivate the participants when they have a target to break, and more exciting for spectators because they know what is going on.

After all this is supposed to be a drag racing, right? Where ET is paramount.

That if the organizer wanted to develop this type of racing.

I would say they have a difficulty to understand the concept of drag racing, and they organised it just to make some profit since this type of racing is popular.

Or maybe they don’t have the expertise to setup the system IF they have any - stop watch doesn’t count.

I know because i have someone inside told me this. I know how the system works and i know what the figures in the time slip mean. What I can see, not all of them/us really understand the timing system. There are a few ppl inside that want to implement like what aussie and us do. But they are not the decision makers.

The system was working but the display was not. It was purposely shut off because of one reason. There are few occasions during knockout stage where the loser has better time than the winner. When this happens, the loser will protest and complain that they have faster time. They should be the winner. Since you have raced in AUSTRALIAH, what would you do if you are the judge/regulator/marshall? what is your answer to them?
