well if u lost it by yourself,then below is the solution

1.Take the police report to JPJ
2.enquire for Salinan Geran Kereta
3.Fill in all required information
4.go to counter
5.pay certain amount of fees (RM10-RM100)
6.wait and here u go wit your new Salinan Geran Kereta

PS : the owner of the car must be attended...tis is your last chance of owning your own car card...i got no idea wat gona hapen if u lost it agian...cause u got only 2 chance for car card..so becareful..

OR...get a runner and pay certain amount of money...then wait at home for phone call...Cost RM100-RM500
