the correct term is 'bore' not 'ball'. and you can't 'bore to 2.0 stroker kit' because a stroker kit would consist of shorter connecting rods and a different crankshaft(?). please use the correct terms.
let's get things rite here.....alot of mitsu guys out there did plan to do a 2liter stroker in a 4g93 block, pls bare in mind tat the 4g94 which is da 2liter engine is very difficult to find at the market.....if u can even find a 4g94 crank in the market do u know wat length n size of conrod or from which make of conrod u wanna use?U can ask ppl how many ppl has really success in doin tis 2liter stroker?
-.- ~ bro . 4G93 maximize oversize piston is ? if not mistaken is 83mm . the conrod will be the same or maybe a Ca18 or Ca20 conrod bigger size . but maybe can do abit or boring on the rod to make sure it abit thinner..~
4G94 into 4G93block . i cannot know what is the different in between . but the piston and the conrod also the crankshaft itself is different. if im not mistaken from the website og the length ..the shortest conrod is from mivec , the longest is from 4g94.
any one have other idea. or any different idea to make a 4G93 to 80% maximize boreing.~
maybe 84mm ? do they have such forge piston .im looking for a block , a head and etc . not a full engine . target is 450 -550 hbps . on mivec turbo .

For a 4G93 the maximum size u can go is 83mm but if u wanna hit 450-550bhp, everything in ur internal muz be forged, ur block have to be strong!Pls bare in mind tat the 4G9X series engine got very less aftermarket parts to play with, u muz 'rojak' here and there but tis will change the realibility of the engine...If u really have the cash, u can order and custom make the forged piston from wiseco,cp and etc etc......conrod so far in the market for 4g93 is eagle conrod which is the cheapest, another brand available is pauter conrod which is much more expensive then the eagle!
If u wanna use stock conrod either from any of the 4g9x to hit the hp tat u want...u might juz forget it!Maybe u can hit tat horsepower but how long will ur engine last?
THe most important thing is u know wat u r doing, seek advice from mechanics/workshops/friends tat is familiar with the 4g9X engine....Hope ull archieve ur target, happy modding:shades_smile:

changing piston is nt same as changing conrods , pistons u can bore n fit em in n also need to modify ur pin n conrod end , but diffrent car conrods into the crank cant be done , i dont tink u can mod a conrod to fit the crank , just isnt a wise choice , u can contact DSP motorsports in batu caves , their drag car is a 2.0 litre stroke mivec turbo running on gt35r turbo , hp is 500+ , everything came from australia i heard u can contact vteckiller also if u want to i tink he is the one brought it down for them , its sure 20k+

ya can get la but u r right cost aprrox 20k la.
for billet crank,conrod,piston,with bearings etc..
Back yard toyota 1.6L can get the 650hp without stroker.With wiseco pistons 81.5mm,forged rod and Oem Crank can boost 2.8bar.with a good tuning,dog gear set the cost only rm25k.If u run for project car....u have to think about that.
