If the headlamps are made of plastics, it can only last for a short period of time after polishing it. I would strongly suggest to change to glass headlamps. I am using plastic crystal headlamps and mine has turned yellowish. I use a scourer (those green scrubbing thing with rough surface) to scrub the headlamps and it works. But after maybe about 1 month or 2 months, it will start to turn yellow again.

Default Re: How to restore Headlamps to former glory?

Hi guys,

If you're looking for an alternative to the above, we provide headlamp restoration. We are able to restore dull, discolored, yellowed, cloudy, stained headlamps without damaging other parts of your car. Our process is most effective on plastic headlamps. Our process will restore your headlamp close to its previous glory and will provide a protective layer to reduce future “yellowing” incidence.

Why change or replace your original headlamps when you can restore them. Original replacement headlamps are expensive and substitute headlamps just don’t last.

If time does not permit, don’t worry, we can come to you – your office or your home. You can also visit us at our service centre in Sunway or Ipoh

Our address:
20G, Jalan PJS 11/7
46150 Bandar Sunway.
HP: 012-2935211

43, Persiaran Green Hill
30450 Ipoh, Perak.
HP: 012-5063486

Regards.
