Maybe u are right coz for spedding saman, i check at pj police station and they said rm300 and got warrant tangkap. When i go shopping at jusco bukit raja, ot to pay the saman and the policeman quote me only RM100. So just pay lah.
This means they can reduce our saman value without seing their officer or make rayuan.
