By night , call him and he says he got something on , alot of excuses and stuff and later on , he tells me he will arrange to get back to me asap. I told him to giv me an answer before 9. After that , around 10something , call him again many times but doesnt answer the phone. Anyway , i send him an sms telling him that he should pay me a deposit if he want to reserve it further if he really wants it as i have already lost two serious buyers because i was waiting for him . Still , he does not reply or give any response.
friday: Next day i call him and he tells me since i send him an sms like that , he doesnt want to buy anymore.
So just to warn other ZTHers , do not deal with people like him. Waste your time , money and effort. This kind of fella got no shame , courtesy or integrity at all.
