let say your credit limit is 5k ... and outstanding is 2k and u prefer to do settlement .. 2 k is freezing and counted with 6% interest. the balance 3k is still valid to use .& let say u already pay for few month for the installment.. mean amout of 3k + amout of monthly(u already pay) ..
