True to certain extent but as a Iswara owner given the choice I would not choose a Proton AGAIN in my lifetime considering the built, quality, price and service. Doesn't matter if they put the flower tuned or not, Perodua's built and quality is way much on a higher notch compared to Proton.
Proton may have the highest ownership due to the fact is it the cheapest non compact car or K car. If not due to the taxes imposed, the market share would be definitely be held by Japanese car maker. Perodua won't be far behind either.
Just take a look on the road. How many new Protons do u see on the road compared to Perodua? Just only the other day at workshop 1 uncle told me he bought a Proton Wira Millenium Ed. in 2000 for 60K+ then sold it recently for less than 20k. :shocked:

Agree 110% with darahhitam. Mati mati also wont get ploton again Perodua might consider. Would rather get a 7 - 8 years Japanese car rather than ploton.
