Cool down. Few years back, my family bought a waja, (brand new) and within 3 months, the waja gearbox failured has cause us to fix it in proton SC and we got charged 3k for the bloody gearbox. When we asked about guarantee, they said guarantee is some other thing, gearbox lain cerita. Then, of coz we argued, normal ppl will also argue,. ( i think). Then the manager said, ok la, they dont charge the labour cost. After a while, we felt like not worth to argue anymore and we decided lets settle it like this. N we told them in anger, proton is lousy (in anger mood)
Then, there is a proton service center staff stand out in front of me, n said:
Staff: Hey, you ingat you punya waja ada problem gearbox ke? Tengok sana, semua pun ada problems. (there are more than 15 of wajas). Kalau you tak suka proton, jangan beli proton la. Proton memang macam tu, kalau you tak tahu, biar saya beritahu. U takde duit, kena sabar la, kalau ada duit, jangan beli proton. SIAL.
I was like WTF? a true life lesson? From the day on, my dad works real hard, n whole family too. Then, we're now all driving japs car. No proton ANYMORE.
Even though i dun feel angry, juz feel like "he is saying the truth, no point to blame or scold him"
P/S Work hard to get rid of proton. even though i m driving 10 years old car, i was treated like king when i go service. I dont wan to be treated like a dog. : _ )
