the story goes...

- I park my car by the roadside near my house and go out with my friend in his car at about 5 pm :driver:.
- went back at around 11.30pm and found my car rear glass broken and parts or a motorcycle front (probably a honda ex5) bearing the registration number BJ _ _ _ 98 :stupid:. my car was hit right in the middle and crack my bumper abit in the number plate area.
- got very sad and almost cried. :banghead:

so....

- can somebody please advised me on where to find those rear glass? or better yet if you have it sitting in your porch doing nothing, please donate it to me.
- was also wondering, am i at fault for parking the car there? yes it was by the roadside but it is in my taman area and 2 cars can easily passed trough the remaining space. also the traffic is minimal and got other car park nearby on the same side.

please advice on these 2 matters. thanks and thank you very much~

Bro, really sorry to hear about that. You can try to ask those kedai potong which bring in Jap sportscars' parts. MunLee in Puchong bring in 300zx parts but not sure about the rear glass but you can ask them. Another option is to bring that in from UK or US. I have use this option to bring in some engine parts for my Z32. Normal shipment time is about 10 days.
As whether its your fault or not, I think its more of parking your car at the wrong place, wrong time. It can happen to anyone. We just need to be more careful where we park our car especially at night. Hope you find that rear glass soon.

I'll check with my mechanic and see... he might have to source it out as well.

maybe have to look for complete rear hatch.

Or what I have seen online is people making a fiberglass version of it so it's lighter. If you go that way, they might be able to put perspex glass (same as racing cars) instead.

you also might want to put a WTB request in the exterior and body section

Exterior and Body - Zerotohundred.com

maybe someone might have it...
