nashlovebrown,

I would suggest you to use MOTUL product.
You might need to test different viscosity for your ride.
Every viscosity will generate different characteristic on the engine.
You may start the engine oil using:-

Medium Range
1. MOTUL Turbolight 10W-40 (Semi Synthetic)
2. MOTUL Synergie 15W-50 (Semi Synthetic)

Higher range
1. MOTUL Chrono 10-40 (Easter base - Fully Syn)
2. MOTUL Competition 15-50 (Ester base - Fully Syn)

U need to decide which 1 to choose because each viscosity are for different purposes depend on your engine HP. The hotter the engine will require different grade/viscosity.
Changing interval depend on you also. If everyday speeding means need to change frequently also... but for me i choose not more than 5,000km & 60 days (Which ever come 1st) & slow driving style...

About the LSD oil, I would recommend the MOTUL Gear Competition 75W-140

Hope this might help you. After all it just a suggestion.

i own a honda prelude 2nd generation and now in the process of swapping engine to B16B. I was told by the mechanic that the clutch pump type gearbox cannot be install in my car. the mechanic told me that there is no way to modify it. can anyone here please help me to understand if what the mechanic told me is true? because for what i know even Honda EF can be install with a LSD clutch pump gearbox.
