What's d standard B18CR on wheel HorsePower can get when dynorun?

normal B18c nets about 175-180+ with IHE mods.
Highest seen on a B18c is 210atw, with 82mm pistons, 9.5K rpm, 13CR.
Runs on a mix of racing fuel + ron97.

Ran mine on dyno and only got 161hp... Must be something wrong =(
wanted to change the valve seal and piston rings...
