imho.. 400hp on engine should be ok on stock internals.. 400whp is a different story, again depending on your luck on how healthy your engine is i guess.

you're driving? e6 ka?

tengok how aggressive your cams are.. the higher the lift..the need for valve springs..

i'm on a very mild cam setup.. so mine is direct replacement.. plug n play :)
