Web photo storage portal allow direct linking

I m looking for any FREE photo / file storage portal whereby allow me to perform direct linking feature.
Meaning, I put a photo at their server, but I can create a web page and point user to load the phtos at their portal.

I have been searching around but so far I cannot find any yet! sob sob!
