I want to know these cleaner(Eagle One, M3 or etc) which special for cleaning rims, will it faded the rim paint(like white, bronze and etc)? And can the tyre shine product use to clean/polish the rim? or what should I buy to keep rim looks shinning?

If your rims are painted and clear coated, chances are, if you're getting them from the supermarket shelf, they're meant for the general consumer and quite safe.

Tyre shine are for tyre/rubber. Same principle applies, if your rims are painted and clear coated, treat it like your car's body paintwork. Polish and wax would keep your rims looking new.
