if one person owes cannot sleep at nite.....wat is the problem?

consulted doctor b4..doctor said presurre..so after took some medicines n then ok oledi...bc then now problem seem like stil occur sometime...

*so worry....any advise or sugestion? is a lady...bout 45yrs old :frown:

You can say is some sort of pressure, like stress at work, think too much.

Tell her to stop taking pills, ask her to go to bed early and don't think about anything.

How many childrens does she has?

I think all this pressure is because a person think too much, really.

Stress at work, family problems, PMS, alot. I think you can try talking to her privately, if she has any personal problems. I don't know.

Based on my personal experience, a person who lack of sleep, most of them will have bad temper. If you had not enough sleep, you better do. If a person come and bug you, you gonna fcuk him upside down, as well as 15 and 45 degree LOL! This is true ..

erm...i know it is presuure...most doctors said so

trying to sleep early without thinking anything....yet...only can slep at 5am and then wake up at 7am n cant slep oledi..

if it's stress.. ask go see psychologist for counselling... or ask her do some activities that she like to release the stress.. go for exercise or somethin like that.... get the body tired... shud be can sleep then....
