Procedures on Selling, Buying and Trading in Used Cars

I ask a friend that doing used car also. But she say is the new rule that she also not sure whether still can or not but most probably have to have both buyer and seller together for ownership transfer. So, next week hope the uncle is back from outstation work and do JPJ on friday morning. Puspakom doing next thursday morning.

Just wonder how Used Car will do it now. If car not sold, then after sell look for owner or means they have to transfer to Used Car as owner...:hmmmm:

Btw, is it possible to do ownership transfer without renewing the insurance and road tax?
Cuz I don't plan to drive the car, just wanna transfer the ownership to myself since I'm gonna sell it anyway.

I think cannot, must have valid Insurance and that is in new owners name. Well, buy 3rd party then..

Ya, since this is the problem an issue of ownership transfer. Already settled. Next week inspection then off to ipoh for ownership transfer.
