We have been receiving countless after-sales product support queries from
users who did not purchase our original and manufacturer-guaranteed products.

We regret to inform that we do not provide any after-sales support to
non-customers because the security products: -

1. Models with specs meant for other countries (i.e. cold country)
2. Non original units
3. Reconditioned from manufacturer rejected units
4. Recycled 2nd hand unit
5. Come from non authorized (third pasrty) resellers which may not provide you with the actual Lambent Adesys warranty

If you intend to buy from another supplier, we hope you are aware of our policy.
We would appreciate if you could also pass this message to a friend/ relative who
are planning to.

what about a 2nd hand unit sold by customers of yours?i.e friend bought the alarm from Lambent Adesys, sold car so took out the alarm and sold to me...can I still get any support from you guys?
