I bought the OM580, how could I update?

I dowload the om580 update, i unzip it and install the om580 update tool exe,than i open the file driver to execute the file preinstaller from the file driver.After i plugge the om580 in the usb and run the com update for the .bin it worked ,but for the .aut in the flash update it said thre no response from the device.Is it critical ?
