hi ZTH members , need some help regarding modifications on my peugeot 206 1.6 16v AUTOMATIC transmission

current mod is :

1)4-2-1 extractor (custom by JFA based on peugeot sport setting, removed cat)
2)k & n typhoon air intake (long ram type)
3)topcat muffler s flow, piping 1.6 mid and 1.6 end ( all done at everco n really satisfied with it)
4)denso iridium spark plugs

dyno chart shows 122 hp @ 5.5k rpm and 164.4 Nm / 110 ft.lb / 15.2 kgm @ 4000 rpm , power to weight ratio at 0.118.

my last modification should be adding a unichip Q to total up the mods.... target is going to be nearly 130 hp with unichip.

1) lighten crank pulley or flywheel
2) port polish throttle body
3) intake manifold
4) hi camshafts

if i do all of those above, im looking at 150hp. but my $$$ doesnt allow as im still students , and some of those things costs 3-4k right? and even more.

im still nw to this modding scene, just wondering what u sifu's advice? to do before my unichip? if it costs 2k plus i think il just end it with unichip .

also for the other mods above, i dont know where to find it. tuning a peugeot is quite tough in Malaysia...

wondering where to do all those n the pro's n cons. pls advice bro's . and also what else should i mod ? thanks a lot :driver:

i dont think there are any shop in sunway dat plays dis engine, OR i dont know if there are any, lol. installing a lightened flywheel gives a lotta different, so tuning it up is wise imo. just pm me if u need help in finding a pug's parts sir

i suggest you take good care of your AL4 transmission also. i doubt you can find any lighter flywheel for this engine, the stock is already very very light and thin.

i wont suggest porting the head, but iam fond of polishing it, not till mirror finish though.. tuning it up shud give better results afterwards

why not porting? as far as i know since porting is the one gonna give the highest gains..but also as i said some say when climbing hill its going to be a problem.

im planning to do at nasty port flow as they have flow bench also. any opinions on this place?

and btw why not till mirror finish?
