Ltd (Japan) has awarded Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd (ETCM) the “Nissan Champion Distributor” for third consecutive year.

<!--more-->Vice President of Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. (Japan), Mr. Hiroto Saikawa, endorsed a certificate that officially acknowledges ETCM for achieving 'excellent performance and demonstrating outstanding operational improvements' in 2011.

The certificate was presented to both Dato’ Tan Heng Chew, Executive Deputy Chairman of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad and Dato’ Dr Ang Bon Beng, Executive Director of ETCM by Mr. Toru Hasegawa, President of Nissan Motor Asia Pacific Co., Ltd. and Nissan Motor (Thailand) Co., Ltd. & Regional Vice President responsible for Asia and Oceania Operations (except China) together with Mr. Steve Ardianto, Senior Vice President – Corporate Planning of Nissan Motor Asia Pacific Co., Ltd.

ETCM is one of the Nissan worldwide distributors presented with the “2011 Nissan Champion Distributor” acknowledgement among Nissan National Sales Companies (NSC) evaluated in the General Overseas Market (GOM).

A team of Nissan’s dedicated committee was formed to conduct an intense evaluation around the world in identifying the new “Nissan Champion Distributor”. The judging criteria include performance, processes and management.

There are a few things to do to when trying to diagnose a misfire. All vehicles are different, but there are a few places to start.
1)If possible use an OBDII scanner on newer vehicles. The misfire counter function can help you determine which cylinder is behaving badly. Clearly this is not an option for all people and vehicles though.
